Ingredients

1 (12 oz) pkg Cooked Perfect ® Sundried Tomato & Roasted Garlic Chicken Meatballs

2 tbsp prepared basil pesto
>
1 tbsp mayonnaise
>
8 slider buns
>
2 cups fresh arugula
>
1 (8 oz) pkg fresh mozzarella, sliced into 8 pieces
Steps

Heat meatballs as directed in microwave.

In a small bowl, mix pesto and mayonnaise until well incorporated. Split open slider buns and spread the top half with the pesto mixture.

Place 1/8 cup of arugula and one slice of mozzarella on bottom half of each bun.

Remove meatballs from microwave and allow to cool slightly. Cut each meatball in half and place 4 meatball halves on each slider bun. Serve immediately.
