Cookie Dough Biscotti

Transform store-bought cookie dough into the perfect snack with coffee. This easy 4-ingredient dessert is great for making with kids or for gifting.

> 1 (16 oz) pkg chocolate chip cookie dough. at room temperature
> 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
> 1/3 cup chopped hazelnuts or macadamia nuts
> 1/4 cup white chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. In a large bowl, combine the cookie dough and flour. Mix until combined and crumbly. Fold in the nuts and chocolate chips.
Transfer dough to a floured work surface. Gently knead dough until it comes together. Divide dough in half and shape each half into a log. Transfer logs to prepared baking sheet. Bake 18–20 min., until golden brown and starting to crack. Let baked logs cool 15 min.
Once cooled, use a serrated knife to slice logs diagonally into ½-inch-thick slices. Return slices to baking sheet and bake 15–18 min., until crisp. Allow to cool on baking sheet 5 min., then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
