3 cucumbers

1 avocado

1 1/2 cups plain whole-milk Greek yogurt

Peel the cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise. Scrape and remove seeds with a spoon and cut into 1-inch pieces. Peel and dice the avocado.

To blender, add cucumbers, avocado, lime juice, yogurt, and garlic. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
