> 2 tsp Country Crock® Original Spread, melted
> 21 oz white chocolate melts or chips
> 2 cups Easter chocolate coated candies
> 1 cup chocolate mini eggs
> 1 cup mini pretzels
> 1 cup crunchy oat square cereal
> 1 cup shredded wheat cereal
> 1 cup rice square cereal
> 1 cup cinnamon oat crunch or cinnamon flavored cereal
Line a medium to large baking sheet pan with parchment paper, set aside.
In a large platter or bowl combine all the cereals and candies, evenly.
In a medium size bowl add white chocolate melts and Country Crock® Original Spread.
Microwave for 15 seconds on 50% power, stir.
Microwave for another 15 seconds and stir. Follow this process until chocolate melts and is completely smooth. It should take roughly 45 to 90 seconds.
Now gently pour melted chocolate over the snack mix.
Gently stir until completely combined and transfer to the lined baking tray and spread evenly.
Place the baking tray in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, until firm.
Break into pieces, serve and enjoy!
