> 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
> 2 tbsp mayonnaise
> 2 tsp Dijon mustard
> 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
> 2 tsp lemon juice
> 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
> 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
> 8 oz backfin or crab claw meat, picked over
> Pinch of paprika
> Toasted baguette slices, crackers, and/or celery sticks

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in the Cheddar and parsley.

To bowl, gently fold in the crab. Transfer mixture to a 1-qt baking dish. Sprinkle with the paprika. Bake 20 min., until heated through. Serve warm with the baguette, crackers, and/or celery.
