Ingredients

2 large seedless (English or Hot House) cucumbers

1/2 cup diced red onion

3/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
>
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
>
1 tbsp sugar
>
1/4 cup fresh chopped dill

Thinly slice cucumbers and place into a bowl with the diced red onion.

In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt with the vinegar, sugar and dill. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper. Pour over cucumber mixture and gently toss to coat.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
