Creamy Garlic Shrimp Toast

Ingredients

> 1 loaf ciabatta bead
> 1 stick butter
> 4 cloves minced garlic
> 1 32 oz container plain Greek yogurt
> 3 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
> 1/4 tsp sea salt
> 1 tsp lemon pepper
> 2 12 oz bags Nature's Promise cooked shrimp any size, thawed

Steps

Slice ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise. Spread with softened butter and garlic. Toast in oven on low heat until slightly crisp.

While bread is toasting, whisk together yogurt, tarragon, salt and lemon pepper.

Toss shrimp in tarragon mixture until well-combined. Spoon shrimp mixture onto warm toast and spread out evenly. Top with additional tarragon, if desired.
