Creamy Parmesan Pesto Pasta

This recipe goes from pantry to table in only 25 minutes! The sauce has just the right balance of cream, Parmesan cheese and basil pesto, so all you need to add is pasta.

Ingredients

> 1 (14.5 oz) jar Prego ® Creamy Parmesan Pesto Sauce
> 8 oz uncooked penne pasta (about 2 cups)
> Fresh basil, optional for garnish

Cook and drain the penne according to the package directions.

While the penne is cooking, pour the sauce into a 4-quart saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot, stirring often. Add the cooked penne and toss to coat. Sprinkle with fresh basil before serving, if desired.
