BBQ-Rubbed Chicken Thighs

While chicken breasts are the most popular choice for chicken, it's the thighs that have all the flavor. In addition to chicken, this seasoning works with pork, fish or steak--experiment to find your favorite.

> 2 tsp olive oil
> 2 tsp honey
> 1 tsp garlic powder
> 1 tsp onion powder
> 1 tsp paprika
> 1/2 tsp dried thyme
> 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
> 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken thighs
> 1/2 (5 oz) container Nature's Promise® Organic Spring Mix 
> 1 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Ranch Dressing


Set grill to medium-high.
In a large bowl, combine the oil, honey, garlic, onion, paprika, thyme, and black pepper.
Add the chicken to spice mixture. Toss to coat and season with salt.
Grill 10–12 min., until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve over the greens with the ranch.
