3 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

pinch of salt
Steps

Generously coat the top and bottom of a Belgian-style waffle iron with the cooking spray and preheat.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and salt until well combined

Sprinkle half of Cheddar in a thin layer over bottom of waffle iron. Pour egg mixture over cheese and top with remaining Cheddar. Close the lid and cook 3–4 min., until egg is set (do not lift lid before waffle has cooked 3 min.). Use a spatula to remove waffle from iron.
