Crispy Pan Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients

> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1 (24 oz) pkg steamable fingerling potatoes
> 1 tsp garlic powder
> 1 tsp paprika
> 1 tsp kosher salt
> 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Microwave the bag of potatoes on HIGH heat for 5 minutes to partially cook the potatoes. Remove and let stand for a 2-3 minutes before opening

Meanwhile heat a large skillet over medium. Add the oil, followed by the cooked potatoes. Mix together the spices and toss in the pan with the potatoes until they are nicely coated. Continue to cook potatoes for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally or until they are nicely browned and crisped. Serve and enjoy!
