Ingredients

4 cups shredded cabbage

2 cups matchstick cut carrots

1 red bell pepper

1 bunch scallions

1 lime

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

1 tbsp canola oil
>
1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp lower sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame seeds
Steps

Combine the shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Thinly slice the pepper and scallions and add to the other vegetables.

Juice the lime in a small bowl. Whisk in the oils, sugar and soy sauce. Add to the cabbage mixture and toss well to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chill until serving.
