Make this tasty cucumber raita dip or sauce before your next get-together, or serve it as an appetizer before your next holiday meal. Cucumbers, yogurt and mint blend with cumin to make this dish creamy and a little exotic at once.

> 1 whole cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
> 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
> 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
> 1/4 tsp ground cumin


Stir all ingredients together and serve immediately. May be prepared ahead and refrigerated, covered, for up to 2 hours.
