4 tbsp (1/2 stick) salted butter

4 (3 oz) pkgs assorted marshmallow candy, such at Peeps, or 1 (12 oz) pkg miniature marshmallows

1 (7.75 oz) bag popped kettle corn

1 cup mixed Easter candy

Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment. In a large pot, melt the butter on low. Add the marshmallow candy or marshmallows, stirring until melted. Remove from heat.

To pot, add the popcorn to marshmallow mixture, stirring until well coated. Fold in half the Easter candy. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and smooth out top. Sprinkle remaining candy over baking dish and press gently to adhere. Let cool completely to set. Cut into squares to serve.
