2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 pieces)

1/3 cup barbecue sauce

1 tbsp canola oil

1 cup packaged broccoli slaw

1/3 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing

6 Nature's Own® Perfectly Crafted® Brioche Style Hamburger Buns, toasted if desired

Cut each chicken breast horizontally into 2 thin cutlets. Place 1 cutlet between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet, pound cutlet until slightly larger than the width of a bun. Repeat with remaining cutlets. Transfer cutlets to a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add the barbecue sauce and toss to coat.

In a 12-inch skillet, heat the oil on medium-high. Add chicken and cook 12–14 min., until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, flipping halfway through.

Meanwhile, in another medium bowl, combine the broccoli slaw and dressing. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, divide chicken among buns and top with broccoli slaw.
