Ingredients

> 1 head iceberg lettuce
> 1/2 lb thin-sliced deli salami
> 1 (15.5 oz) can low-sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed
> 1 (8 oz) pkg Taste of Inspirations ® Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese Cubes
> 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Thinly slice the lettuce and salami into thin strips. To a large bowl, add lettuce, salami, chickpeas, and Cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
