1/2 lb thin-sliced deli salami

1 (15.5 oz) can low-sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 (8 oz) pkg Taste of Inspirations ® Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese Cubes

1/2 cup Italian dressing

Thinly slice the lettuce and salami into thin strips. To a large bowl, add lettuce, salami, chickpeas, and Cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

Add the salad dressing, tossing again to combine. Serve immediately.
