Egg and Avocado Breakfast Wrap

A delicious breakfast idea that will keep you satisfied until lunchtime.

> cooking spray
> 2 eggs, beaten
> 1/4 large avocado, sliced
> 1 sundried tomato wrap
> 1/3 cup roasted red bell pepper strips
> 1/3 cup alfalfa sprouts


Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and cook eggs over medium heat, until scrambled, about 2 min.
Place sliced avocado on wrap, top with roasted red pepper strips, scrambled egg, salt and pepper. Top with sprouts
Roll wrap, slice in half, and serve.


Sprinkle 2 tbsp crumbled feta on the eggs as you scramble them to add a little cheesy goodness.
