12 oz cream cheese, softened

2 green onions

1 cup shredded Cheddar

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup white or black sesame seeds

1/4 cup poppy seeds

1/4 cup dried minced onion

1 tbsp coarse ground black pepper

1/2 tsp coarse sea salt

1 (8 oz) bag plain bagel chips

Cut the cream cheese into chunks and chop the green onions. Add both to a food processor along with the Cheddar and blue cheese. Pulse until combined.

Scoop and form cheese mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-paper-lined platter. Refrigerate cheese balls at least 2 hours, until firm.

In a shallow bowl or dish, combine sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, black pepper, and sea salt. Roll each cheese ball in the seed mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with bagel chips.
