> 2 cups Nature's Promise Organic Italian Pearled Farro
> 5 cups water

In medium pot, combine farro, water, and salt.

Bring to a boil on high and reduce to a simmer. Cook 30 min., until tender, and drain in a colander.

Tips

To use a multicooker or electric pressure cooker, combine farro, water, and salt. Seal and bring to high pressure. Cook, under pressure, 8 min. Allow pressure to release naturally 5 min., then switch to quick release. Drain any excess liquid.
