1 (2 oz) tin anchovies in olive oil

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. To a food processor, add the egg, anchovies, and flour. Pulse until well blended. Place a piece of parchment on your work surface and add dough. Dust with flour. Use hands to knead dough into a ball, adding a little more flour if needed.

Using a rolling pin, roll dough to a ¼-inch thickness. Cut out shapes with a ½-inch cookie cutter or use a pizza wheel to cut into ½-inch squares. You can use a toothpick to help release the treats from the cutters if needed.

Transfer to baking sheet and bake 8–12 min., until treats are just golden and still soft. Let cool. Store treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Tips
If these are too big for your cat, break the treats into small pieces when you feed them.
