Four Seasons Ground Venison Meatloaf

> 1 lb Four Seasons Venison ground venison
> 1 cup beef stock
> 1 cup onion, finely diced, sautéed in butter
> 2 cloves garlic, crushed
> 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
> 1/4 tsp chili powder
> 1/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes or breadcrumbs
> 1 handful parsley, chopped
> 1 tsp thyme, chopped
> 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
> Salt to taste


Preheat oven to 320F. Add beef stock to the ground venison, mix well with all the remaining ingredients.
Place in a greased meatloaf tin and bake in the oven at 320F. Cook for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 140F. Remove and rest.
Serve with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a good brown gravy.
