> 8 oz Pero Family Farms French Beans
> 1/2 cup apples, diced
> 1 tbsp white onion, thinly sliced
> 1 tbsp radicchio, thinly sliced
> 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
> 1/2 tbsp olive oil
> salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Steam Pero Family Farms French Beans according to the directions on the bag. Once steamed, carefully remove the French Beans from the bag and place into a bowl of ice water, then drain. In a large mixing bowl, add the French beans, diced apple, onion, radicchio, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
