Fresh Tomato Salsa

> 1 lime
> 2 (about 11/2 lbs.) large tomatoes
> 1 cup fresh cilantro
> 2 green onions
> 1 jalapeño
> 1/2 tsp ground cumin


Halve the lime and squeeze juice into a medium bowl.
Finely chop tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, and jalapeño. Add to the bowl, along with cumin.
Stir to combine. Season with salt.
