Ingredients

> 1 lime
> 3/4 cup reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt
> 1 tbsp maple syrup
> 1 tbsp poppy seeds
> 1 (16 oz) pkg strawberries
> 3 cups honeydew or cantaloupe chunks (1 1/2-inch pieces)
> 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
> 1 pint blueberries
> 1 pint blackberries

Steps

1
Into a small bowl, grate 1 tsp zest from the lime and squeeze 1 tbsp juice. Add the yogurt, maple syrup, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt. Whisk to combine.
2
Hull and halve the strawberries, quartering any large berries. To a large bowl, add strawberries, melon, mandarin oranges, blueberries, and blackberries. Add the dressing to fruit and gently toss until evenly combined. Cover and chill 1 hour before serving.
