Ingredients

3 (15 oz) cans cannellini beans

1/4 cup olive oil

3 cloves garlic

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Drain and rinse the cannellini beans. In medium pot, heat oil on medium.

Finely chop the garlic and add to oil, along with the crushed red pepper. Cook 2 min., until golden brown, stirring.

Add beans to pot. Cook 5 min., stirring often.
