Ingredients

12 oz (about 4 1/2 cups) rotini pasta

2 tbsp Pure Wesson® canola oil
>
2 tbsp Gulden's® spicy brown mustard
>
2 cloves garlic, minced
>
1 (14.5 oz) can Hunt's® diced tomatoes
>
2 cups unpeeled, seeded cucumbers, diced
>
1 (2.25 oz) can sliced ripe olives, drained
>
1 (3.5 oz) pkg reduced-fat crumbled feta cheese
>
1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dried)
>
coarse ground black pepper
Steps

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.

Meanwhile, mix together oil, mustard and garlic in large bowl. Stir in all remaining ingredients, except pepper, until combined. Toss in cooled pasta. Sprinkle with pepper, as desired.
