Ingredients

1 pint blueberries

1 (0.66 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Basil, thinly sliced, divided

2 tbsp brown sugar
>
2 tbsp cornstarch
>
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
>
1 (8 oz) pkg Taste of Inspirations® Brie
>
2 tbsp olive oil
>
Balsamic glaze, to garnish
>
1 (8.8 oz) pkg Taste of Inspirations® Assorted Cookies

In a large saucepan over medium, combine blueberries, half of sliced basil, brown sugar, cornstarch, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Heat until mixture is bubbling and cook 2 minutes. Cover and chill for 20 minutes.

Heat grill to medium-high. With a sharp knife, remove the top rind of Brie. Place Brie in a cast-iron skillet and drizzle with olive oil. Top with chilled blueberry-basil sauce. Place skillet on grill and close grill lid. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, until hot and melty.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with remaining sliced basil. Serve with assorted crackers.
