Ingredients

> 2 tbsp ground coffee
> 1 tbsp dark brown sugar

> 1 tsp chili powder
> 1/2 tsp garlic powder
> 1/2 tsp onion powder
> 1 tsp coarse sea salt
> 1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin steak

Steps

1
Preheat grill to high heat. Mix coffee with brown sugar, spices, and sea salt until well mixed. Generously sprinkle rub on both sides of steak (use all of it) and gently press into the meat.
2
Grill steak on hot grill for 4–5 min. per side, rotating halfway through. Remove from grill when temperature reaches 125°F and let rest for 5 min. before slicing for medium doneness.

Tips

Make sure that all of your spices are gluten-free. Occasionally, some spices are mixed with flour to prevent clumping.
