Ingredients

> 1 tsp ground cumin
> 1 tsp paprika
> 1 tsp garlic powder
> 1 tsp onion powder
> 1/2 tsp chili powder
> 1 lb flank steak, trimmed
> 6 medium ripe peaches
> 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
> 1 tbsp chili-lime seasoning mix, such as Tajin
> 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Steps

1
In a small bowl, combine cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder. Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle both sides with spice mixture. Let stand 30 minutes.
2
Set grill to medium-high. Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes per side, until desired doneness. Remove steak and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
3
Meanwhile, pit and halve peaches. Brush cut sides of peaches with butter. Grill cut sides down until peaches are softened and lightly charred, 4 to 5 minutes. Flip over and grill 4 to 5 minutes more. Sprinkle peaches with chili-lime seasoning. Transfer to serving platter with steak. Sprinkle cilantro evenly over top, to garnish.
