Ingredients

> 1/2 (16 oz) bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed
> 1 (1 lb) pkg ground pork
> 1/2 cup fat-free feta crumbles
> 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
> 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce

Steps

1
Set grill or grill pan to medium. Squeeze out excess liquid from the spinach. In a large bowl, combine the pork, feta, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Gently mix until just combined and divide into 4 patties, patting them firmly so they’ll stay together on the grill.
2
Add patties to grill and cook 12–14 min., until internal temperature is 160°F, flipping halfway through. Meanwhile, if desired, grill the buns until lightly toasted. Place burgers on buns. Spread 1 tbsp tzatziki on each burger. Serve immediately.

Tips

Serve these burgers with your favorite gyro toppings, like sliced red onion, sliced cucumber, lettuce, or sliced tomato.
