1 lemon

2 tsp salt

3/4 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 1/2 lbs fresh okra

3 tbsp olive oil

Set grill to high. Grate 1 tsp lemon zest into a small bowl. Cut lemon into wedges and reserve. Into small bowl with zest, combine salt, paprika, cumin, and garlic powder. Season with black pepper.

Thread the okra onto 2 parallel skewers. Brush with the oil. Grill okra until slightly charred and tender, 5 min. per side.

Transfer okra to a platter. Serve immediately with seasoned salt and lemon wedges.
