> 4 bone-in pork chops
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1 tbsp salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
> 1 (8.8 oz) pkg precooked Nature's Promise® Red Quinoa
> 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen riced cauliflower and broccoli, thawed and drained
Set grill or grill pan to medium-high. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. To medium bowl, add the oil and lemon pepper seasoning. Season with salt. Add the pork chops and toss to coat. Grill pork chops 4–5 min. per side, until cooked through (145°F on an instant read thermometer).
Meanwhile, heat the quinoa according to package directions. Add the riced vegetables to a microwave-safe medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with vented plastic and microwave 2–3 min., until hot. Serve pork chops with quinoa and riced vegetables.
