2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 ½ cups low-fat milk

2 tbsp vegetable oil

2 large eggs

2 tbsp butter, melted

Mix flour and baking powder together and whisk in milk, oil, and eggs. Thin with a little more milk if too thick.

Transfer batter to a squeeze bottle or turkey baster. Heat ¼ of the butter in a large skillet. Use squeeze bottle to form an asterisk, then add connecting lines between the asterisk’s spokes to draw a cobweb. Flip pancake when bubbles form. Repeat until all batter is used.
