Ham & Jam Sandwiches with Brie

This salty-and-sweet sandwich is the perfect addition to your afternoon picnic basket. Finish the ham and jam sandwich with peppery arugula and creamy Brie for a hearty lunch.

> 1 French baguette or Italian loaf
> 3 tbsp strawberry jam
> 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
> 1/2 (7 oz) pkg Brie
> 1/2 lb low-sodium deli ham slices
> 1 1/2 cups baby arugula or baby spinach


Slice the baguette horizontally. Spread the strawberry jam on bottom half of baguette and the Dijon mustard on top half. Slice the Brie.
On top of jam, layer the ham, Brie, and arugula. Sandwich with baguette top, slice into 4 even pieces, and serve.
