Hatfield® Mu Shu Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

> 1 (16 oz) pkg Hatfield ® Recipe Essentials ® Sesame Soy Ginger Ground Sausage
> 1 tsp sesame oil
> 1 tbsp olive oil
> 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
> 1/2 cup scallions, sliced on the bias
> 1 bag slaw mix
> 1 tbsp soy sauce
> crushed red pepper, to taste
> Boston lettuce leaves or Romaine lettuce
> Hoisin sauce, to drizzle

In a large sauté pan, heat 1 tsp. of sesame oil over medium high heat. Add in the Hatfield® Sesame Soy Ginger Ground Sausage. While cooking, break apart the ground sausage using a utensil, cook until brown, and no longer pink (10-12 minutes). Once cooked, remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add olive oil, mushrooms and scallions. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Add the slaw mix and cook until slightly wilted. Return the cooked ground sausage to the pan, stir in soy sauce, and crushed red pepper. Serve on lettuce leaves and drizzle with hoisin sauce.
