Tyson® Hawaiian Pineapple Sweet & Sour Smoked Sausage

Ingredients

> 1 red bell pepper
> 1 (14 oz) pkg Hillshire® Farm Smoked Sausage
> 1/4 cup sweet chili garlic sauce
> 1 cup fresh pineapple
> 2 cups Minute® Jasmine Rice, uncooked

Steps

Prepare rice according to package directions. Seed and chop pepper. Cut sausage into ½-inch slices.

Cook and stir sausage and bell peppers over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and peppers are tender. Cut pineapple into ½-inch pieces.

Add chili garlic sauce and pineapple to sausage and peppers; cook and stir for 5 minutes.

Serve sausage mixture over cooked rice.
