To a mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the espresso, brown sugar, and pumpkin spice. Stir or shake until sugar dissolves.

Add the milk and ice. Cover and shake for 30 seconds. Pour into tall glasses. Top with the cold foam and sprinkle with a dash of pumpkin spice.
Tips
If desired, use instant espresso instead of freshly brewed.
