Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

Ingredients

> 1 cup freshly brewed espresso
> 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
> 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more to serve
> 1 cup whole milk
> Ice, as needed
> Store-bought vanilla cold foam

Steps

To a mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the espresso, brown sugar, and pumpkin spice. Stir or shake until sugar dissolves.

Add the milk and ice. Cover and shake for 30 seconds. Pour into tall glasses. Top with the cold foam and sprinkle with a dash of pumpkin spice.

Tips

If desired, use instant espresso instead of freshly brewed.
