Iced Chai Lattes

Skip the coffee shop and make these affordable 5-ingredient iced lattes at home. The longer they sit, the better they get. Leftover chai ice cubes? Add to a glass of lemonade or blend in a smoothie.

Ingredients

> 4 chai tea bags
> 1 tbsp sugar
> 2 cups prepared iced coffee
> 1/2 cup low-fat milk or plant-based milk
> Pumpkin pie spice, for garnish

In a small pot, heat 2 cups water to a boil on high. Remove from heat. Add the chai tea bags and sugar. Let steep 6 min. Remove tea bags and let mixture cool. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.

Divide the ice cubes between 2 tall glasses. Add 1 cup prepared coffee to each, along with ¼ cup milk, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
