1 cucumber

Peel the cucumber and reserve the peel in a plastic bag for garnish. Cut the cucumber into pieces and puree in a food processor.

Fill the ice cube tray with the pureed cucumber and freeze for 3 hours, or until solid.

Juice the lime and mix the juice with the sugar and 2 cups lukewarm water.

Thread the cucumber ribbons onto 4 skewers and place skewers in 4 glasses. Divide the limeade among the glasses and add a few cucumber ice cubes.
