Impossible™ Grilled Bratwurst Sausage Links with Mustard and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

> 1 (13.5 oz) pkg Impossible ™ Sausage Made from Plants, Bratwurst (4 links)
> 1- 2 tbsp cooking oil, such as grapeseed or avocado
> 4 bratwurst rolls or hoagie rolls, split
> 1 cup sauerkraut, prepared
> 1/2 cup whole grain mustard
> 2 tbsp olive oil

Cook the Impossible Sausage Links

Cook the Brats! If cooking on a outdoor grill, preheat to med-high and grill links for 10 minutes, turning frequently, browning on all sides until Impossible Sausage Links reach an internal temp of 160°F. If using a skillet or indoor griddle, preheat to medium-high and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cooking oil for best results. Cook 10 minutes, turning frequently, until browned on all sides and internal temp reaches 160°F.

Gather the Condiments

While the brats are cooking, assemble the other essentials. In a small saucepan over low heat, keep the sauerkraut warm for serving. Grill the rolls, cut-side down, until golden, about 1 minute.

Build your Brat

Spread 2 tablespoons of mustard on both sides of the interior of each toasted roll. On top of the mustard, divide the warm sauerkraut between the rolls and place grilled Impossible Bratwurst atop the sauerkraut on each roll. Enjoy!
