> 1 (8 oz) pkg reduced-fat cream cheese
> 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
> 2 tbsp chopped green onions
> 2 tbsp capers, drained
> 2 (8 oz) pkgs smoked salmon
> 1/2 cup sliced red onion
> 1 English cucumber, sliced
> 1 cup sliced radishes
> 2 tomatoes, sliced
> 2 ripe avocados, pitted and sliced
> 2 cups arugula
> 6 bagels, split, or 12 mini bagels
Add the cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave 30 sec., until softened. Stir until light and fluffy, then divide cream cheese into two small serving bowls. To one bowl, add the dill and green onions and stir until smooth. To a third small bowl, add the capers. Arrange all three small bowls to a large serving board or platter.
Arrange the smoked salmon in the middle of the board. Working around salmon and bowls, add the red onion, cucumber, radishes, tomatoes, avocados, and arugula. Nestle the bagels on the side of the board or place in a separate basket.
