> 4 tbsp butter, at room temperature
> 2 tbsp maple syrup
> 8 corn muffins
In a bowl mix together the butter and maple syrup. Using a cupcake corer or melon baller, remove the centers of the corn muffins, reserving the removed muffin pieces. Insert ½ tbsp maple butter into each muffin and cover with reserved muffin pieces. Wrap each muffin in foil and chill until ready to grill.
Place foil-wrapped muffins around the edges of the grill to warm for 15 min.
