Ingredients

> 12 frozen turkey meatballs, thawed
> 1 cup marinara sauce, plus more to serve
> Cooking spray
> 1 (12 oz) pkg Hawaiian sweet rolls
> 3/4 cup finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
> 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Steps

1
Preheat oven to 350°F. To a microwave-safe dish, add the meatballs and cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave meatballs 2–3 min., until warmed through. Add the marinara sauce and toss to coat. Microwave 1 min. more.
2
Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with the cooking spray. Place the rolls in baking dish. Using a 1½-inch biscuit cutter, cut about halfway down into the center of each roll. Save bread for another use or discard. Place 1 meatball in center of each roll. Divide sauce and the cheese among rolls.
3
Bake 10–15 min., until rolls are toasted and cheese is melted. Top with the parsley. Serve with more marinara sauce, if desired.
