Meatloaf Salsa Burgers with Mashed Potatoes

Try this twist on classic comfort foods. These juicy burgers are ready in no time, and mashed potatoes make a nice change from buns.

Ingredients

> 1/3 cup ketchup
> 1/4 cup salsa
> 1 tbsp lime juice
> 1 tsp chili powder
> 1 lb fresh meatloaf mix (beef, veal, and pork)
> 1 (24 oz) pkg refrigerated home-style  mashed potatoes
> 1 (10 oz) bag Nature's Promise® Trimmed Green Beans

Turn the broiler to high. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, salsa, lime juice, and chili powder. Mix half the salsa-ketchup mixture with the ground meat and form into 4 burgers. Place burgers on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil 3 min. Flip burgers and broil an additional 2–3 min.

While burgers cook, heat mashed potatoes according to package directions and microwave green beans according to package directions.

Divide the mashed potatoes among 4 plates. Top the mashed potatoes with a burger and drizzle with some of the remaining ketchup-salsa mixture. Serve with green beans.
