Ingredients

1 pint cherry tomatoes

1 (16 oz) pkg mozzarella ciliegine

2 tbsp champagne vinegar
>
1 (7 oz) pkg pesto
>
1 (0.75 oz) pkg basil
>
1 tsp flaky sea salt
Steps

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Halve each ball of mozzarella and toss with the vinegar. Season with salt (in moderation).

Place a dollop of pesto on one half of a tomato and top with a small piece of basil and a piece of mozzarella. Place the other half of the tomato on top. Pierce a toothpick through the center to hold together. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Arrange bites on platter. Sprinkle with salt (in moderation) and pepper.
