1/2 cup canned mixed beans, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup tomato sauce

1/4 cup prepared tomato salsa

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Prepare rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, toss together beans, tomato sauce and salsa in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH heat for 60 to 90 seconds or until heated through.

Toss with cooked rice. Sprinkle with Cheddar before serving.
Tips
Use mild, medium or spicy salsa to suit your taste.
