Ingredients

> 1 cup Minute ® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
> 1/2 cup canned mixed beans, drained and rinsed
> 1/4 cup tomato sauce
> 1/4 cup prepared tomato salsa
> 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps

Prepare rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, toss together beans, tomato sauce and salsa in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH heat for 60 to 90 seconds or until heated through.

Toss with cooked rice. Sprinkle with Cheddar before serving.
