Olive Focaccia

This easy flatbread is perfect hot out of the oven or 1-day old.

Ingredients

> 1 cup pitted black olives
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1 lb ready-made bread dough
> 2 tsp dried oregano

Steps

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Slice pitted olives and brush a baking sheet with olive oil.

Bring the dough to room temperature and stretch it out so it roughly fits the baking sheet. Use fingers to make deep indentations so it looks dimpled.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt (in moderation) and olives.

Bake for 25 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.
