Ginger, Lemon and Turmeric Tea

Prized for their anti-inflammatory properties, ginger and turmeric come together in this strong, spicy tea, with honey and lemon to add a little sweetness.

Ingredients

> 1 lemon
> 4 bags lemon and ginger tea bag
> 1 tbsp minced ginger
> 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
> 4 tbsp honey
> 4 dried ginger slices

Steps

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Zest and juice the lemon. Divide tea bags, ginger, turmeric, honey, and lemon evenly among 4 mugs.

Top each mug with boiling water. Let steep for 4 min. Garnish mugs with a piece of dried ginger.
