To make the pancakes

12 large eggs, divided

12 cups milk, divided

12 tbsp melted butter, divided

For the mix, in a very large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Divide mixture among the jars and seal.

To make 1 batch pancakes (4 servings: in a large bowl), whisk 2 eggs, 2 cups milk, and 2 tbsp melted butter until smooth. Stir in half of pancake mix (about 2¼ cups) until combined (batter will not be smooth). Heat a greased nonstick skillet over medium heat. Using ¼ cup measure, scoop batter into pan. Cook 2–3 min. per side, until golden brown.
