One-Pan Penne alla Vodka

No need to cook pasta and sauce separately anymore thanks to this easy one-pan penne a la vodka that’s hands-free in the oven.

> 12 oz whole-grain penne pasta
> 2 cups vodka pasta sauce
> 2 tsp Italian seasoning
> 2 cups water
> 2 tbsp half & half
> 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350°F. To a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, add the penne, vodka sauce, Italian seasoning, and water. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and bake 30 min.
After 30 min., remove foil and stir. Bake uncovered 10 min., until sauce is absorbed and pasta is tender. Remove from oven and stir in the half & half. Top with the Parmesan and serve.


Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
